The company employs experienced staff and actively encourages professional qualifications through the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers (ICS) and/or BIFA/CILT. New staff are inducted through an 'in house' training scheme and are closely supervised by their more experienced colleagues and Directors.

In addition to the ICS and BIFA we are members of the Influential  Felixstowe Port Users Assocation  that grapples daily with port related issues. We have also recently been awarded the prestigous FONASBA Quality Standard.

We are also one of the founding partners of the Port Community Fund which  provides a focal point for charity fund raising in the Felixstowe area and a  closer relationship with the local community.
